The Coatema Verticoater is a pilot coater for single or double side simulations coating with a selection of coating systems including: roller coating, a doctor blade, slot caster, slot dies and impregnation system.

The vertical web path coating and drying concept offers custom dryer lengths and layouts. Intelligent heat guidance in the upper part of the Verticoater provide consistent, predictable results.

For technologies like batteries and fuel cells, the Verticoater can be equipped with a calender, edger trimmer or quality control systems. The Verticoater is available in working widths of 300 mm, 500 mm and 1,000 mm.
