Always keep in mind that with Coatema you scale up these technologies in S2S systems like the Easycoater and then into the Test Solution R2R on a working width of 100 mm, the Smartcoater on 300 mm, the Basecoater covering 300 mm and 500 mm and then the Click&Coat platform which combines the ultimate modularity with precision and industry standard.

Der Easycoater ist eine diskontinuierliche Hightechbeschichtungsanlage für Stückgut.
Der Easycoater ist konstruiert, um schnell und zuverlässig Produktmuster in DIN A4 oder anderen Substratgrößen herzustellen. Dazu kann eine Breitschlitzdüse, ein Rakel oder ein Flachsiebdruck integriert werden.
Der Easycoater wird durch eine Siemens S7-Einheit gesteuert und kann damit reproduzierbar Muster oder Produktkleinserien herstellen. Die Anlage ist sehr leicht zu bedienen, und neben den verschiedenen Beschichtungs- und Druckmethoden kann auch eine elektrisch beheizte Trocknung eingesetzt werden (auch als UV oder Infrarot). Der Easycoater ist komplett eingehaust und kann auch mit einer EEx-Ausführung ausgestattet werden. Im Beschichtungsbereich ist eine Quellenabsaugung vorhanden. Hier ist auch eine Ausführung in einer Glove Box mit inerter Atmosphäre möglich.
Sowohl der hochpräzise Beschichtungstisch aus Granit in der Ausführung als Vakuumtisch als auch die modulare Halterung des Rakels und der Schlitzdüse können motorisch verfahren werden. Die Verfahrenswege der Einheit unter dem Auftragssystem und dann unter dem Trockner können im Voraus festgelegt werden, d. h. eine entsprechende Taktung zur Trocknung kann präzise gefahren werden. In der Option, in der der Beschichtungsspalt motorisch eingestellt werden kann, ist eine Einstellung im 1-µ-Bereich jederzeit möglich. Hohe Präzision ermöglicht den Einsatz in Technologien, in denen hohe Genauigkeit nötig ist.
